Select the edges you want to fade then go to Effects, blurs,Gaussian blurs and then just mess with the pixels.

Okay I am having a LOT of trouble with uploading my pics on my photobucket. I really have no idea how to change file format. I'm kindof new to this stuff so I'm sure it seems like a stupid question. Also I'm having trouble with fading. It looks like a cut and paste job and I've tried everything I've found on fading but nothing seems to work. Will someone please help? Much thanks!
