Nice to see that there was some interest in it. Having very limited programming knowledge myself is why I put the idea here. Not know how much or little programming would need to be done with this I figured it was worth a shot.

I was wondering if any of you have given a thought to the Displace filter in Photoshop as a possible Paint.net plugin. It seems as if it works off a simple function of wrapping an image to an un-even surface based off light and shadows.
