If I get a x64 processor, do I need Windows Professional x64, or just Windows Professional? This is the first time I'm making my own computer so I'm curious, and I don't want to waste my dad's money T_T. And just because I'm 11 doesn't mean im dumb at computers... 0.0.

nope, paint.net program has to open it, your everyday conputer can't read a dll file. or whatever it is. i tried opening some with notepad... q3onh4frq28ey5gql6hyeq, thousands of pages of that. you need paint.net to decode it and run it.

I don't know what to do with that jp2 extension because I don't think my friends will be able to see it. Can you see it with the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer?
