I too would like to know more about this and the issues you pointed out. If point number (1) Updater, was resolved due to us changing the updation method and server...with no traces of your update server then is it ok? Same question for point number (2) If we were to remove traces of your support forum, or support email or contact email so you dont get any bug emails or any other email, does this resolve the issue? thanks SP1K
