i'm using Paint.Net pretty often and i found that simple drag and drop features will be more than welcome in the Layers Panel:
- Drag and drop between layers - reordering layers
- Drag and drop layer to delete icon - deletes the layer
- Drag and drop Layer to new Layer icon i- duplicate Layer
- double click on the layer opens propreties, but righ should open Context menu: Delete, Rename, Duplicate, Properties
also the history panel should have Context menus
Paint. NET should context menus and drag and drop to full extent
That's my suggestions.
