Oh my god!!! I (Shift+)Deleted the .resx file so it seems that the first one will also be the last one.

I did it from an English resource file, got from another thread in the forum.

Well, excited to see the new version of Paint.NET and localization works. But I found the "zh-CHS" translation a bit strange in terms and UI so I've made up some time to build another one. I use the code "zh-CN" to keep it independent of the current one, by Mingyong Yang. :-) [obsolete]
