Feel free to dive in and start translating using the ZIP file linked to in an early post of mine in this thread. Rick: Ok, I am working on transalating the resource file to Simplified Chinese (ZH) - the official language used in the mainland China.

I am a .NET developer here in Oregon and interested in participating in localization of Paint.NET, such as tranlating the resource text to simplyfied/traditional Chinese. I grew up in China and have been living in the States for 18 years. Let me know if this is needed.
