If it works, I recommand you to redownload *all* your plugins, to ensure these are all up-to-date. Besides, I think having 150 plugins is suboptimal. You don't use all of them, do you? Just keep the 95 most useful of them.

    Move them on your desktop. Don't copy them, move them. Then unblock them both on your desktop, and move them back.

    Can you browse to the folder you're saving into, with the explorer? Are you logged in as an Administrator?

    So my pal is totally into videogames (level design, that is), so he got me into Fallout 3, so I browsed the web for modding resources, which get me to the official wiki of the official mod editor, the Garden of Eden Creation Kit. Paint.NET is cited in the Mod Tools section of the wiki, and even have its own page, which I think is totally cool!!! So thank you Rick, thank you Dean Ashton and all the folks for being so awesome !!

    DDS file support is directly included in Paint.NET, there's no need for any plugin.
