Thank you for help on following start-up problem. Program starts all right and I get an opening screen. However, as soon as I try to load a picture file, the program crashes with a warning: " setup error " " Failed to load resources from resources. Check setup " I've downloaded .net and updated it. I've re-installed paint. Were do I go wrong?
