Specifically, I want to set the Brightness/Contrast to -100|-100 using python. I've tried a few things but haven't been able to achieve that ominous, eerie effect that Paint.NET does. The original image and the image of what I'm trying to achieve is below, respectively. Sorry if this is in the wrong category, I'm new.
