It is not possible to cut and image from a background where the image is shot at an angle making the image say larger on the left of the image and smaller on the right . What is needed is to be able to frame each of the four corners of the image independently to cut it out of the background . My understanding is this is not possible with Paint.net and has long been an issue I have with Paint.net
