Thanks, BoltBait, I got lots of toys with that install. Still don't see my Circle Text. It requires the OptionBasedLibrary v0.7.9.dll, but I can't find a download for it anywhere.

I am using the microsoft store version. I see that it requires the "paint.net App Files", which I created. I also made the Effects, FileTypes, and Shapes folders. The plugins aren't showing up under the "effects" drop down window, though. Perhaps I'm missing a step? I also checked the "unblock" boxes in the properties for the Circular text files.

Instructions for installing plugins requires finding the Paint.net folder and then a subfolder for plugin .dll files. So...Why don't I have them? the app works (without the plugins I want).
