I'm specifically looking for how I can copy the exact terrain of this England onto my England. However because of map projection distortion it overlays like this. I want their exact terrain to fit my shape basically. Is this possible in Paint.net?

how can I redraw the terrain of Britain in a quick manner? I'm particularly confused on drawing the mountains, and the blending of the terrains.
