Nope, nothing happens, well something flashes, some sort of text but i cant get to capture since the ''this app will change stuff on your pc" thing appears as black and that takes up the text.

So, i am trying to install paint.net since i need it for school (i wont specify what school) and i cant download it. I open the downloader and it says *do you want this app to make changes bla bla bla* and then nothing happens.
