Thank you for continuing to investigate. One thing that I've noticed that I haven't noted is that Paint.net used to work on this machine. I've only had this laptop a few months since my older computer crashed and needed to be replaced. As purchased, it was running Windows 10 S. I just don't know what has changed in the past month to have it stop working. I've had a few system updates since then and since paint.net started failing, I've also gone through a variety of uninstalls and install of paint.net. Lastly, upgraded to windows 11 S as another try to fix on my end.
Let me know if there is anything you think I should or can do. I don't know if or how to get back to the exact configuration when I purchased the laptop and installed paint.net when it was working.
Again, thanks for your help,
Greg
