Hi thanks. I have extracted both EdHarvey.Edfects.dll and EdHarvey.Edfects.pdb. They are inside the Effects folder in paint.net as instructed. Although I am new at this process, I did it for 2 other plugins which seemed to work.

I've downloaded the Zip and placed them into the Effects folder, yet it still doesn't show up on paint.net. I tried renaming the files, but they don't do anything?
