I have a photo on my desktop that measures 484x840 pixels. I need to have this photo fit into a rectangle 2700x2025. Every time I paste the photo into the rectangle that I made, the rectangle does not maintain its size, but reduces to the size of the photo. How can I change that? I also want to increase the size of the photo once inside the rectangle 2700x2025. Thanks Madeline
