Thanks to all your help it was my security settings not letting @Paint.Netgithub page load

I need to change my profile from my old name on yt to my new one (Paint.Net Site Name)

(I use paint.net for 2 yrs now)

Date: Its currently 12:40 on my phone same on my computer (also same date) I just checked the firewall just in case still same good settings.

When I clicked on the link, it said "This site provide a secure connection"

I have this samne error when i install my old version

I've had this error message ever since I installed Windows 10 x64 Professional 21H1 and can't make thumbnails on it. As you can see my username is the exact same name as my youtube channel for proof. Also if I install the one I installed the first time well it just said stuff that goes past my taskbar. Here's a picture of my error.
