Ooooh I just realised he uses the recolor tool but I do find the wand efficient as well

Hello! I saw one of adizzpro's videos (not sure if its the right spelling) and saw him use a paintbrush tool with a little icon right next to it that I think helped him avoid drawing past the lines of an image. The icon looks like a black circle with a curved arrow going to a white circle. I am not sure how to get there so I do need a guide though this "paintbrush mod"
