i had the same issue yesterday but today i tried getting it from https://github.com/paintdotnet/release/releases and it somehow worked

i did what you said in the first step and the link worked fine with no errors but the installer still didn't so i tried restarting my pc and again it still didn't work also tried resetting the cache by pressing Ctrl+Shift+R and still nothing

i've tried multiple times in the last hour and the same thing happends. Also it takes quite a while "downloading it" aprox 10 minutes and it just keeps giving me this error.

can someone help me with this?
