Since you said it's most likely something else causing it... I also attempted to remove my Antivirus, no change.
But when I removed ExplorerPatcher, the issue disappeared! (same for Typora).
Reinstalling ExplorerPatcher afterwards seemed to not cause the issue to re-appear interestingly enough...
So, issue solved. I'll forward this to the ExplorerPatcher dev. Thanks again for your help, Rick.
