That didn't work it says select the program, but I've used the program 'everything' to remove all the files on my PC so it won't show up

My hard drive recently was damaged and I'm trying to reinstall Paint.net but I get the below error message. I've deleted all paint.net files I can find on my computer but I still get it. If anyone else has had this problem and can help, I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Whenever I try to install paint.net (from the zip file) I get the below error code. If anyone else can help me with this , it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
