No, as I stated nothing works in that "toolbar" window. No minimize, no maximize and no kill -

On top of my screen I view just somesort of toolbar, but nothing works within that window

After installing the new version 4.3.2 it is not possible anymore to work with paint.net. I only view a small toolbar on top of my screen. Not clickable any more, the only way to get rid of it is to select the icon in the taskbar and kill the application. I do not have a virus on my system. I viewed that microsoft is (was) working on the problem. I have a Windows 10 Pro system, Build 19043.1348, updated .NET Core SDK to 3.1.415, updated .NET SDK to 5.0.403. Any idea to make paint.net working again?????????
