The best way to select all of a color is to use the magic wand tool, at the the top bar you can adjust tolerance, if tolerance is set to 0% it will only select that shade. If you want to select all of a color in an image hold shift while selecting that color. If you want to replace the color just press backspace once everything is selected.

If you are looking to make a circle of stars you can use the circle text plugin and use the star symbol 37 times. You can copy the symbol here ★, or just search "star symbol" on google and copy it there.

I 100% agree with you. Using a USB cable or Bluetooth is by far the easiest thing to use to transfer files. Using a USB is instant, using a app will take time to upload depending on your internet, while a cable with almost instantly put your files in a folder to use. I personally like using messaging apps because it is easy while on mobile to just upload a file real quick and then forget about it, it saves you the hassle later. I also use both of the mentioned apps all the time so I am kind of biased.

There are many ways of being able to do this. One way, (and the way I use) is through telegram. Telegram is actually a messaging app. It is available on pc and phone. It also allows you to send a message to yourself and access it on phone and pc. Telegram Link: https://telegram.org/ . Another way of doing this, which is is a bit more complicated, is through Discord. Discord does not allow you to send messages to yourself but you can create a server and just post things there. Discord Link: https://discord.com/ . Both of these ways are easy and good. I prefer Telegram, but both are basically the same. In both of them all you need is to upload the image.

This has probably been asked a lot before but I have a question on SOTW or really any competition. If you are a participant in the competition are you allowed to vote? And if you are allowed to vote, can you vote for yourself?

This plug-in will allow you to outline objects. You will need to download the plug in pack. Note that there needs to be a transparent background in the layer for this to work. I hope this helps.

After some searching I found that https://imagekit.io/ supports both avif and webP. It requires you to make an account but it is free. I hope this helps.
