Hello!, excuse me but i wanted to ask, the plugin is not available to older version of Paint.NET?, because i use the v3.5.11 and other artist recommended me that version, but i want to open a .psd file and reading all i understand i can't use it. So i want to know if is suported by the software or if its better option to upgrade the actual version im using to then use the Plugin?
