Hi Pixey I appreciate you getting back to me After much thought I have sorted it out myself. I must have had two very similar log in IDs for Microsoft. The one I bought it on was not my main one and it didn’t recognise my device. I had to go in under the other ID ,it recognised my pc and it is fine now Thanks again for replying

Hi Can anybody advise me please. I purchased paint.net in the Microsoft store but when I click to install it, it just takes me back to the purchase screen and the only option is to click to buy it again. I have restarted my pc and the screen does say I already own it . Am I missing something obvious Thanks
