When rotating a pasted section, it's possible to move the centre point, about which the section rotates. Is it possible to do the same thing when expanding a pasted section, so the expansion happens around a point, rather than from the opposite corner to the one you're dragging?
I'd like to be able to do this to be able to place place one map over another.
My plan:
1. Paste map into layer 1
2. Mark two cities on layer 3
3. Paste second (smaller) map into layer 2
4. Move the second map so that one city was correct and 'pin' it
5. Expand the pasted map (SHIFT-drag corner) so that the second city is correct.
Unfortunately I can't find any way of pinning the first city.
