  1. Hello, there is a file format of the old Playstation, which although more than 20 years have passed, we editors continue to use and edit its content. It would be great for us Paint.NET users if someone could create a plugin that can open and edit this type of format. I leave you a couple of pages that explain how the format works and its source code, in case anyone is interested in creating it. It would really help us a lot. Thank you very much!!!!! The TIM file format TIM file format, source code TIM file formar, video.
  2. Hi how are you? For now I think that almost nothing (only that in the color palette we can see a comment that in my case helps me to apply the color where I should) but with future versions and if my little experience in programming allows it, we can import color palettes from various programs, edit them, and add them to PDN for later use. Hopefully I can do it. Greetings!!!!!
  3. Hi how are you? Thanks for testing the program. I tell you that this error is because you want to open the color palette with the PDN open. I recommend that for now you make a new one or open the palette with the program closed. I will be modifying all the errors in future versions, only that when I need something quick, I have done it and posted it in case it would be useful to someone else. The idea is that we can load palettes from GIMP, Photoshop, AI, palettes in .PAL format and some others with the passage of time and the different versions. I'm also going to add a color extractor to it, so we can get a color from anywhere on the screen and add it to the palette. What this version has is that you add after the ARGB value of the color, a comment in case you need to know where you are going to apply that color, in my case it works because I am making TILEMAPS for a video game and I need to know the color that I have where it is going or where it is going to go on the graph. It would be nice if the creators of the program add that option by default and that when placing the cursor on the color of the palette, it shows as a HINT the comment added to that color. I hope we can test the next version soon and thank you very much for the help !!!!!
  4. Hi all! How are they? I have been using PDN for many years, at the time it seemed the best alternative to PaintShop PRO and since I don't know when I have been using it. I never used it for work purposes, only for leisure and on this occasion I was needing to generate a very limited color palette that adapts to the need of only having some colors for 8BITS graphics, so it occurred to me to create a program to edit the palette or create a new one and from that palette to generate my colors. The application is in the development phase (I just made it today) and I am open to all ideas that you can bring me to improve it and adapt it to all uses for this great program. I look forward to your comments. Greetings from Argentina !!!!! Sorry my poor english, but i speak spanish. Thanks a lot!!!!!
