    Thanks, I discovered this when I went to see what printer driver it was using which turned out to be the wrong driver. Since updated driver with correct one and can now enjoy the excellent features of Paint.Net again.

    With this latest download of Paint.Net my scanner no longer works - it is a brother MFC-L2700DW Brother Laser Printer. Is this meant to happen? I have just purchased a refurbished HP Z420 business computer.
