I was editing minecraft semi-transparent texture of flowing water whose resolution is 32x49152. Whenever I try to save it, it is either non-transparent or absolutely transparent. When I did same to still texture (16x24368, four times less) nothing strange happened and it was semi-transparent. Should I shrink this texture to fix it or it wouldn't help?
