[Clicking through the window.]

Sometimes when I click the top of the window (where you can minimize, restore or close paint.net) it clicks through the app and into another app I also have open. It might just be my computer but I'm not sure so I would like to know if there is any fix.

[How to set default size and colour in paint.net?]

Whenever I open paint.net, I have to change the brush size to 2000 and text size to 17 and I have to change the colour on the palette. It's very annoying. Is there any way to set defaults?
