I was wondering how to create a dithering effect like the one shown below? The specific instructions someone gave me were to use the rasterize tool and decrease the amount of colors “until it looks bad“, but I’m not sure how to do that. I see that there are some plug-ins I can use to make a similar effect but as far as I know they did not use them. How would I achieve this affect?
