Sorry for my response delay, I'm sending you two svg files, which created with the Shapemaker and exported. (svgTestFiles.zip) Regards svgTestFiles.zip

I'm trying to import the SVG file like File > Import Geometry. And then the error occurs. I use the paint.net ver 4.2.15 Below is the screen with the error.

I installed the shapemaker and created two lines. Next, I exported the creation as an svg file. I closed paint.net and after a few minutes, I opened it and tried to import the previously created svg file.
