Not printing the entire image in Version 4.2.15

There was no orange bar when I posted -
When I try to print any image the middle portion is missing. Only 1" along the top and bottom edge of the paper is printed. I uninstalled and re-installed and it is doing the same thing. The image prints fine in other software.
