  1. I think one of the recent updates fixed the problem for me.
  2. It did it again so I installed the plugin but the plugin freezes the app. I read through the thread and that seems to happen to some people. Id' be happy to work w/ a dev on this. I've been doing IT, security, etc. for over 20 years so I can work with you are the level you are used to. thx
  3. Cool but we can't just stop updating our laptops? Does the devs here work w/ Microsoft on these things or do we need to contact Microsoft?
  4. I am moving my conversation to the thread mentioned above. I will post a workaround solution there now.
  5. Thanks for the response. How frustrating. In the meantime, I have to print from this other laptop. Should I be reporting this to Microsoft somewhere?
  6. This is very strange. I have been printing w/ my Canon Pixma Pro 100 on this laptop for at least a year. Basically a large white bar is being printed on some of my images. Here is a video explaining my problem -> http://somup.com/creXFfbhAf After making that vid I tested this on another laptop that had 4.2.8 on it and it works fine. I put 4.2.8 on this laptop and it still doesn't work. Any help is appreciated.
