I absolutely love Piant.net but one tool Im always seeming to need is to be able to skew and change the perspective of an image to change it's angle. The dotted line square box is great when holding shift to keep persective when resizing and without shift being able to stretch, but another great option would be to be able to stretch just one corner at a time to skew an image in a certain direction. Being able to do this is great when wanting to make an image appear as if it's a poster on a wall when the camera angle isn'tfront on, or overlaying a different image onto someone holding a cd.
Anyway thanks for reading my post I hope this becomes an option in the future, it would really make paint.net even better imo
