Found a decent match one called Komika -Display Shadow

I have seen similar videos but i was wondering if there is a image template for all of comic sans letters that can be copied and colored by opening it as a .png file. I didn't find any good google results.

I cropped this from a image i found and i am wondering if paint.net has a plugin for a dual colored fonts like this? I know it is related to comic sans. But i don't know how to search for inverted edges.

I'll check later tomorrow. It's getting late right now. It never crashes on it's own i manually close it because it had similar behaviour to "not responding"

All i could find was a setting pointing to a Diagnostic Data Viewer but i'm not tech savvy enough to use it. Just got this windows 11 yesterday. Resizing the program does not seem to affect it. I don't know what the icon is called but the tick icon for visible layers sometimes goes invisible sometimes disappears from layers and the layer list doesn't update itself if the program was left open for too long. Also the panel for list of images that were open (not the main menus) sometimes leaves a blank box when a image was closed. The only thing i know that fixes these issues in windows is to deliberately crash the program with task manager. My tech specs is a Asus XT415SE Windows 11
