I want a recoloring plugin that i can set a set of custom of colors to, and it will recolor everything in the file to the closest color in the set of colors

I need a plugin that takes a picture, and differentiates all the different colors in the picture, ideally in a visual format, like a strip of all the colors inside the picture.
