I've just started using a VEIKK graphics tablet with Paint.Net and it works pretty well except for Pen vs Mouse mode. Pen is supposed to move the cursor based on the location of the pen relative to the bounds of the tablet. Mouse is supposed to behave like a mouse, i.e., you can pick the pen up and move to another location without moving the cursor on the screen. This lets you "skid" the cursor across the screen. Setting either mode via the driver's options produces the expected results over the desktop or any window EXCEPT paint.net. Paint.net doesn't seem to recognize the difference and always operates in Pen mode.
