I think I have found a way to get what I want, it isn't easy but it works for now. I make a bunch of vertical lines, then using another layer and the circle tool I cut out the parts of the lines to leave a circle like that. took me a while but yeah, it's kinda annoying.

hi, I have been looking for a good part of an hour now but couldn't find a solution to my problem. I want to make verical lines in a circle, like you can find in a clock. example: https://imgur.com/a/KVSrGmz all the instructions I've found so far was for illustrator and not for paint. Anyone have any solutions? thanks!
