  1. Creation of SOTW all done in PDN. Shapes used in are the reindeer (lynxter4) and snowflake (from someone's Winter pack, can't remember who, sorry). Font used, Sabandija ffp is a free font from dafont.com. Also used a brush for stardust from brushbreezy.com.
  2. Thanks @Pixey for the kind comments. I had a lot of fun making Relaxation the Next Morning for a Christmas themed pic. I am getting better at planets, thank you I improved on making planet rings! As for the CD case, I was encouraged to put it in my pictorium.
  3. Hi @dtr2, you can try the program IfranView but not sure how to have it not save the filename to the image file. I guess you can always cut that part out paint.net.
  4. In honor of The Great Conjunction of 2020 (which can be viewed today IRL), I created this quick pic. And yes I know Jupiter is bigger than Saturn but its taken from a different perspective with Jupiter being further away. The Great Conjunction of 2020
  5. Thank you for the encouraging review @Vagabondi. The vase is a pear shape from lynxter4's pack with the top erased and the texture is from the plugin Dots (if that is what you meant by dot matrix). I am proud of that disc case lol. It has room for improvement of course but I was thrilled to have created another Shape with more complexity than my birdhouse one. I was pleased of the outcome of the capitol building. The original photo is from a photo I took when in D.C and then I just kept trying different effects till it was finished. The photo kinda "told me" how it wanted to be portrayed as I worked, if that makes sense. It's like magic how these effects work on different pics.
  6. Added these to my first post of creations. Thank you all for your inspiration through your work and also with sharing how to use PDN's more advanced features. Slowly learning Relaxation the Next Morning US Capitol Building Out of this World Celebration! Rocking Jeans in the USA
  7. Christmas is the new signature theme! Done! LOL, just kidding. I could not help myself with that one since my current sig is Christmas themed. Should be a fun contest 🎅.
  8. Phenomenal @Vagabondi! (I am running out of words here to say WOW for your creations, lol). Those colors you chose really pop. I really like the outcome of Black Porthole. It's as if the star is gazing at itself.
  9. Haha @Vagabondiyou read my mind about the extra canvas space. I wish I would have asked if the SOTW could be 600x600 like the OoF. And I love "little" Ms. Lionesa. I love all cats but the big cats are my favorite! I like everyone's unique twist on the challenge.

    Mancs page.

@ipswichmanc I really like the Mt. Rushmore pic. You are very talented and creative.
  11. Congratulations to all who participated in the Royal Crowns contest! There were some really great entries for further inspiration. Well done @Vagabondi and @Pixey for your creativity and abilities to use your skills to create original artwork.
  12. @Vagabondi, I had previously peeked at the plugin Scribble but it is much more helpful what you did by showing us the possibilities with your great creations. You have inspired me! Thanks so much for helping those of us who are less experienced by not only showing your creativity but also sharing how you achieved it. Its the mark of a true sensei 🙏.
  13. Beautiful. I like how you did the eye makeup since I am terrible at doing my own lol. People are really hard to make. She looks very regal.
  14. You are welcome. The multiply layer one is a much richer red color. Glad you got your color
  15. If you scroll to the second post in the link below the file is there. Be sure to change the extension to .zip otherwise the file won't let you open it to get the .dll file. Copy the Manual color dll file to your effects folder in paint.net. If you have the store bought version, there is another place where that file should go but I am not sure where. I am sure you can find the answer around here. Be sure to close paint.net before you copy the file so when you re-open the plug in should be there. Good luck, I hope it is what you were looking for. Post is Here
  16. Not sure if this is the outcome you want but you can also try it this way: Set Primary color to the red you want Select the seat cushions with the Magic Wand Apply the plugin Manual color in the Color menu
  17. Really like your witches CD cover @Vagabondi. It looks so real. Makes me curious to know what they play lol.
  18. Created 100% on PDN using the font Malina
  19. Good luck to everyone. Some great royalty concepts!👑
  20. Created on PDN using the following shapes: ScrapbookWithPDN's W snowflake2, Lynxter4's Flower-Rose and Faceted Gem-Pear Font = wickedqueen
  21. CD artwork done by me 100% on PDN using the 8Rocket shape from BoltBait and a CD-Case shape I made. Fonts used = Wild Script, Star Trek Enterprise Future and Impact Label
  22. @mottoman not even duct tape can fix that CD to be able to get the data back (ha-ha). Great take on the theme and I like the golden shine.
  23. @Vagabondi, wonderful again Difficult to pick a favorite but if I had to choose 2, I would say I like I Rule My Den and Is It Spring Yet? I can imagine the cobra as a tattoo on someone and I am partial to snowy places. Do also really like how you incorporated the same cat into two very different works. The texture of the the brick wall in Know What You Want is so real and the color you chose is unique for brick but very seaside themed.
