Okay, nevermind, it works as I wanted. I just changed the color saturation to 0 and used the BoltBait's "Switch Gray to Alpha" and it works flawlessly. Thanks for your help!

Hi, So I tried this, and the image turns black. Is that how it's supposed to work or am i missing something?

Hi, If a pixel has an RGB values of 11, 11, 11, and on another image the same pixel has RGB values of 22, 22, 22, the plugin will basically subtract the RGB values, so the output would be 11, 11, 11. So, my question is, is there a plugin like this? It would really help me a LOT. Sorry for bad explanation, I just don't know how to describe it.
