I purchased Paint dot net on September 18, 2020. But when a new update happens I still get a prompt to upgrade. Perhaps I need to download again now that I'm logged in and validated?

Thanks so much. This is a huge help. I purchased this back on September 18, 2020. I guess I never installed it correctly. But now I have a different problem. The link to download this goes to "paint.net" which, apparently, "is parked free, courtesy of GoDaddy.com." Did the domain change since 2020? For reference my Order #5728128818.

My version of Paint.net is prompting me to download/install a new version. This is done automatically in the paid version. I have a receipt for when I paid back in 2020. So how can I be sure I'm running the free or the paid version on my pc? Thanks for any light anyone can shine on this question.
