Other plugins like your pack work just fine. I cannot upgrade to Windows 10 because it's been extremely unstable for me...I even use XP on some computers because they are way too weak to run Windows 10. This plugin pack does not work. I tried placing both files in the plugin folder with no results and cannot access any of the effects. Should I downgrade paint.net to get this plugin to work? I am trying to do this video, but the inside out function is absent...

Hello. I am trying to download this plugin pack, so I can use the invert plugin. I am using the latest version of Paint.NET, but the plugin does not show up despite extracting and placing the file in the plugins folder. I am using the 64-bit version on Windows 7!
