Specter

Hello, I got this error message after I had been drawing for about 2 minutes, I'm using the free version of Paint.net with the latest update if I remember it correctly, I also was using a Wacom drawing tablet, I'm not sure if this is caused by any of that but I do still need help, can you please tell me what's going on? Thanks in advance. Edit: I started the app again and it worked without issue, but I do still want to know what would've caused this anyways.
