Gavin

Hi all, I'm a complete novice so please be patient with me. I've watched a beginners tutorial or two and some discussions have revolved around selecting shapes with the add/subtract tool and then moving them. I don't seem to have this toolbar at all. Am I just looking in the wrong places or must it be added/downloaded? TIA Gavin
