In paint.net, whenever I hover over the program, random white pixels appear until I hover onto another program. These pixels disappear when I do any Ctrl command like Ctrl + A, Ctrl + Z, etc. This glitch is something I've never seen before and I only get it in paint.net Here is a picture, the dots appear and more keep appearing without stopping. https://imgur.com/wVpNyto
