When I open my paint.net it told me to update it so I did but the updating process was way too long and I really wanted to use the software so I cancelled the updated and the software randomly got deleted from my laptop. I went to download it everything worked until it got to the installing part and it said fatal installation error code 1603. From there on I can never have the software on my laptop.
