Q: How can I draw straight horizontal or vertical lines in Paint.net? A. The shift key. Select the line tool, and then hold down the shift key while creating the line via dragging with the mouse. Oddly, I couldn't find this information anywhere when googling, using the expected keywords. You'd have to google "Lock rotation to 15° increments". Which nobody will. Which is the reason I'm making this post.
