@BoltBait but I use that for my games, I can turn it off if it helps, but can I keep 'hardware accelerated rendering' off?

I turned off 'Hardware Accelerated Rendering', I think it fixed the bug, but what happens when I turn it off? should I turn it off?

I don't know why this is happening, I don't know what I did, if ANYONE can help with this, It would be greatly appreciated.
btw I have tried uninstalling everything, fixing paint.net through the programs and features on Win 10, and using the paint.net fix thing in the files.

@Reptillian so, the issue can be fixed? I dont need to change my own settings? if I do, I understand, but should I wait for a fix?
